Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership training program for young people, run by our local Rotary clubs, and facilitated by Rotary District 6460. Students from area high schools (typically sophomores) attend a weekend of workshops tailored to help develop leadership abilities through fun, engaging activities, and meaningful connections.
